1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the MSA Youth Academy website (msayouth.com.au) and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. About MSA Youth Academy
MSA Youth Academy Australia Inc. (ABN 38 692 380 242) is a registered not-for-profit association operating in New South Wales, Australia. We provide youth mentorship programs combining Islamic personal development, life skills, and sports for young people aged 6–17.
3. Registration & Enrolment
- Registration is completed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child.
- Submitting a registration form places your child on our waitlist. It does not guarantee enrolment.
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon acceptance by MSA and payment of applicable fees.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You must promptly update us of any changes, particularly medical conditions or emergency contacts.
4. Fees & Payments
- Program fees are set per term and communicated prior to each term.
- Fees are non-refundable once a term has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at MSA's discretion.
- Fee discounts for multiple children from the same family may apply as advertised.
- Additional costs (uniforms, camps, excursions) will be communicated separately.
5. Code of Conduct
All MSA members (children, parents, and volunteers) are expected to:
- Treat all members, leaders, and visitors with respect and dignity
- Follow instructions from MSA leaders and volunteers
- Respect MSA property and the property of venue partners
- Refrain from bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
- Support the values of Mentorship, Strength, and Achievement
MSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for serious or repeated breaches of the Code of Conduct.
6. Health & Safety
- Parents must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications at registration and keep this information up to date.
- MSA leaders are trained in basic first aid. In the event of a medical emergency, MSA will contact emergency services and the nominated emergency contact.
- MSA carries appropriate insurance for its programs and activities.
- Parents must collect children promptly at the end of each session.
7. Photography & Media
MSA may photograph or video record activities for internal, promotional, and social media use. Consent is obtained during enrolment. Parents may opt out or withdraw media consent at any time by notifying MSA in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of MSA Youth Academy Australia Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
9. Website Use
- You agree to use this website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
- We make no guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.
- External links are provided for convenience. MSA is not responsible for the content of external sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MSA Youth Academy and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
